I have only had my 4th gen a couple of days. The fan was working this morning and now it is not. Is this a common problem?

 

Which fan, radiator fan or HVAC fan?

 

Sorry about that. HVAC fan.

 

There are severalthings to look at. Fuses, blower motor could have gone bad, blower speed switch, if blower only works on high speed check the resistors in the speed controller board.

 

I went through the car yesterday. The previous owner (insert dirty word here) wired into the fuse block (HVAC Fuse) to power an accessory. When they removed the accessory they just left the live wires exposed and they grounded out and blew the fuse. I removed the wiring and replaced the fuse. All good to go now. Thank you all for your help.
