hey guys, need some help. i am buying some plug wires for my lt4, i have ceramic coated headers and im looking for the best set of wires. i dont have the money to waste but i dont want to mess with this again. i just bought a new msd distributor and coil. is msd wires the way to go? i dont really want the otvc kit, but i will if its the best kit? thanks guys

With the MSD kit you're going to want at least 8mm wires, the MSD Opti has a tendency to fire through the stock wires. Other than that, it's your call. If you have long tubes I recommend (if you don't already have them) a set of heat shields for all of your boots.

i was going to go with the ones from (i think) bronco99 the msd 8.5s. will that be enough? where is the best place to get the heat shields. thanks 4 the help

Those wires will work fine I'm sure. As far as the heat shields, I got mine from the dealer. They're not that expensive and they're an OEM part. They work like a charm and clip on quite nicely, not a hassle at all.
