Default Front bumper cover indentation/body work?

I'm sorry to admit that a few years ago I scraped/dented the front bumper cover of my '95 on the passenger side. I never did anything about it at that time as it was before a major move and after I wasn't driving the car much at all. So, with that said, as someone that doesn't know much about body work, what is the chance that area could be pulled out and reshaped? Any way it could be really close to original? I've tried looking at some 93-97 silver salvage yard cars to grab a different front cover, but they are all in way worse shape than my own besides the dent.

I've attached a couple of pictures. It's hard to see in a way, but you can maybe see that there is about a 6 inch indentation there, around the front lower corner of the fender. It actually looks a lot worse in reality vs. pictures IMO. The bracket inside between the front cover/fender actually got screwed up as well, with one of the mounting bolt threads getting sheared in half.

is the brace holding it in? if not try heat, hair dryer should do. dont get it to hot. once warmed get in on the backside and push it out, may have to hold it till it cools.

Thanks for the encouragement. I thought maybe I would need a heat gun, but I'll try a hair dryer. I'll have to figure out a way to try and evenly reshape the area once it's hot.
