I bought my '00 Camaro yesterday knowing the wipers don't work. I turned the switch to turn the wipers on, and only one wiper came up, so I had to pick it up and place it back towards the bottom of the windshield. I hear the wiper motor making noise, but the actual wipers themselves won't move. And obviously I need wipers to drive in the rain. I've searched a bit around Google and have never really gotten a full answer. Can anyone help me out with this?

Every wind shield wiper has a controller. I had the same problem, just replace your controller.
