Will Corvette Rims Fit On A V6 Camaro
Would C5 corvette rims 18X10.5 in back 17X9.5 in front with 275/40/18 and 245/45/17 fit on a 1999 y87 V6 Camaro? I have wanted rims for awhile and finally found a corvette rim that I like. Does anyone know or has anyone done this to their car?
I have Camaro SS rims (17x9) and run 275/40/17's front and back. Don't know if a 10.5" wheel will fit though. If the rears are 18", then you'll need 275/35/18's in back.
Edit: I've found that 18x10.5's can fit in the back - depending on the offset. Higher-offset wheels (+58 or more) can rub on the inside - and might need spacers.

I have a friend who is running factory Corvette thin spokes on his '98 Trans Am, and they fit just fine. Since those are OE Wheels' deep-dish offering, I'd hit them up about the off-set. If you do get those wheels, I have talked to a few people who have bought them for their Vettes and really like them. I bet they'd look good on your '99.
You might want to make sure your bump-stops are in good shape out back while you're putting money into rims and tires. I've replaced them for friends before, and when I bought new tires for my Camaro this past summer, I had to install new ones on mine.

front wheels are a 54 mm offset rears are a 56 mm.
I really like the deep dish rim. I mean obviously you have to get the 35 for the back. don't you think that would stick out and be really wide in the back? corvettes normally come with 40's and thats really wide, a 35 would be like a damn racing slick right? I really have no idea what im talking about but my dad told me it would stick out to far in the back. plus have you seen the prices on these tires?

For tire sizes they read out as
Tire width (mm) / Tire section height (sidewall height - percent) / Wheel size (inches)
Therefore, a 275/35/18 means the tire is 275mm wide (nominally), and 96mm tall (275*0.35) from tread to bead
As for the rest - it depends on what offset is on the wheel for how far the tire sticks out. +56mm means that the wheel is moved inward from the mounting face by 56mm.
Here's an app to play with to help you understand:
