What's a good cam?

i have a 2000 ss and i'm thinking about putting a new cam, my car is pretty much stock, whats a good cam?

Don't add a cam until you've upgraded the intake and exhaust system, it is a lot of work for a small gain in power on a stock motor. Headers alone will gain you more power than a cam on a stock motor.

the only mods i have in the car is the suspension, i got flowmasters and i have 3.73 gears. And its a manual trany 6 speed
