I think that hose should plug into the bottom line. The 2nd and 4th lines from the pump should be rubber vent lines (one should be evap).

that one black hose the end just hangs down the back of the car so plug it into the one that dont have anything on it

should be a fuel line, return line, evap line that goes to the canister behind the diver side rear tire, and a vent line with a fuel tank vent valve on it.
