Default Weird help request

My wife and I just had twins 3 months ago. So having a 4th gen (1999)having to put 2 car seats in the back is humorous. Need to have the drivers seat almost all the way forward. Has n e one else run into this problem, and if so, some suggestions on car seats that suit a 4th gen..

good luck

When my kids were young I had a 2 door Sentra and that was not fun. Fortunately we had a minivan as the other vehicle

I've recently tried a car seat in a 4th gen, 3rd gen and Stang. It's OK for an occasional trip but they are not family friendly vehicles and you have many years ahead of you

before you know it they will be holding bottles themselves, then it's followed with eating in the back, then booster seats and McDonalds drive throughs, what about movies while you are driving?

You need room for the paraphernalia which comes long with kids be it big strollers, ummbrella strollers, toys etc etc

The best low-cost solution for 2 kids I've seen out there today are the Scion box (XB). You can't beat the price and the Toyota reliability is hard to beat.

Default booster seats

I have a 98 SS and my 7 yr old and 3 yr old love riding in it. However, my issue is finding a car/booster seat that will fit in those little bucket seats. All boosters that i've looked at are to wide to sit down in the seat and the only solution I've read about was to roll up a towel and place under the car seat. With all the older camaros I see out on the road, I would have thought someone makes a car seat that fits.
schappie9, it should be easier once the kids get old enough to turn their seats forward facing. If I come across anything, i'll let you know.
good luck

get a couple extra car seats and leave them in the car,,, just the seats, you can get in trouble if you leave the kids in there.

Pop out the rear seat cushions and attach the car seats to the floor.

I had to switch to a monte SS in those young kid years. As I got older I always made sure I had 2 cars for me. I keep an SUV and a Camaro even now. 99% of thime I am solo in that Camaro.

The reason no one makes a car seat for a camaro is because getting the kids in and out is insane. I mean sure getting the seat itself in and out is a pain but getting a large one year out? Or worse a sleeping 3 year old.

Having a convertible with the top down in summer makes baby access a lot easier though!
