Im getting this annoying rattle/ vibration from my dash (1997 Z28) where theclimate controlls meet the cup holder area. I have already tried stuffing foam in the gap but its only a temp. fix. Im looking to find whats causing the problem and how to fix for good.

Any one got any ideas? Thanks

 

take it apart and see why.

 

I forgot to add that the rattle only occures between 1500-1800 RPM's.
