What part of the tie rod is loose?
From what you're describing I would recommend you get a new tie rod end (if that's the loose part...) and an alignment, but can we get a little more info on what exactly is loose?

Probably the inner tie rod end. Don't get new tie rods, just get new ends, and have the front end aligned after you change them. You may as well change all the tie rod ends because once one is bad, the rest will soon follow.
