What scanner are you using that is giving such raw data? I thought all scanners converted the CID data to codes. I know I have seen a chart somewhere that covered the CID. I will look when I get a chance.

Seems easier to just get an OBDII scanner than try to figure all this out...lol

Especially when you can get a Laptop cable and software for $14 to your door off eBay.

Thanks for the link I saved off that file for future reference.

I am using that ELM-327 bluetooth scan tool with the torque android app. It reads check engine light fault codes normally, but when I do a realtime scan test it brings up these codes.

Ill look into that laptop one, that sounds interesting.

Thanks for that link, I will check it out!

If you already have the Elm 327 bule tooth you have the hardware as long as you have a laptop with buletooth. The ebay cable I have is just the Elm 327 USB

Sorry I don't think there is an OBD1 version. OBD2 is a simple thing. ODB1 the hardware is more complicated. My ABS and Air bag systems are still OBD1 in my 96 and even with the highend software I can not talk to those systems. I think in 2000 Camaro my setup would work with ABS because that is when the ABS switch to OBD2 protocals.

Gorn, my 99 v6 Camaro had the abs system on obdii standards. I don't know if that was because of the updated computer with TBW but it could be read with my OBDII scanner and is almost identical to the ABS system in my 2000Z28. I can't speak for the older systems tho on what system was used.
