depending on how much you use... yes you will add several pounds, but if you wanna save weight why would you put a sound system that is gonna add a crap ton of weight to your ride, the added sound quality you get with dynamat is well worth the added weight imo.

the zip-ties r in place until I choose the color,brand of speakers I will be using but most likely I will go with the ones I test installed myself

^^^Agreed. Looks trashy and, IMO, was a complete waste of money and time. Especially if you're getting tickets for it... And BTW, the zip-ties aren't helping any...

Ok now, I'm all far trying out new ideas, thinking out of the box and all that other stuff. BUT speakers zip tied in? IN THE GRILL? WOW, I'm at a loss for words here!?! Hey, its your car, you do what you want, but, I don't think I will be doing that, ever!
