STP fuel and fuel injector cleaners. Do they even do anything is it worth using. I only get synthetic oil changes and change my fluids on the regular??????

I can't say much on the STP stuff even though I get free samples every six months since I just stick it my four wheeler. But never noticed a difference with that. Have used Lucas "Tune Up" in a bottle and their deep clean stuff. Spark plugs look cleaner after using it and I've seen an increase of 2 mpg. SeaFoam is real nice to use if you stick it through a vacuum hose.

if your conserned or you have over 100k miles i would recomend the injectors be cleaned and flow tested at a good injector shop. not that costly if you remove and install them yourself. the injectors can be within factory specs and not be matched very well.

As preventive medicine, maybe, but don't expect a cleaner to "fix" a problem. Tried that once with Lucas injector cleaner. Physically removing and soaking a clogged injector did the trick, where 3 tankfuls using the cleaner didn't help in the least.
