What is the stock hp, torque, and 1/4 mile time on a stock LT1 camaro?

275hp for the 93-94 year and I think that went up to 285hp for 95 and up until the LS1 went into the camaros.

93-95: 275 hp 325 ft-lbs of torque @ 2200
96-97: 285hp(went to dual cat exhaust) and same torque.

As far as stock 1/4 mile times, you're looking at mid to low 14's at sea level.
