Default something wrong after opti install

I've got everything plugged back up and before I install the opti the injectors weren't firing, now the injectors are firing when cranking but it doesn't want to run, won't start up.. I think I may have the maf ground wires hooked up wrong. I have 2 wires coming from the maf grounded to the frame from the coil, I have it grounding with a new strap as well.

I may have set it up wrong, anyone got a pic of the proper setup? Thank you

The MAF has a connector with 3 wires.
Pin A Yellow wire to PCM
Pin B Black/white wire to engine ground
Pin C Pink wire going to ignition switch via fuse #5 in inst panel fuse box
There is little chance to connect the MAF wrong unless you messed with the connector or did something to the wires.
Have you checked for spark, and for the injectors actually spraying fuel? Also there the possibility that the opti was installed wrong. It only goes in one way, but can be forced in wrong causing internal damage.

Yea, I'm gonna take it all back down. I believe I have 2 wires on top of the ground strap on the coil, is this correct?

My drawings do not show any ground straps on the ignition coil, the only coil connections are a 4 wire plug and the HT wire going to the opti. The only ground connection is coming from the ICM connector (black wire from pin C).

there should be a bolt hole in the block below the coil for the ground strap. check for spark at the plugs
