ive seen many broken ashtrays and alot people dont smoke anymore so might as well do something with it

thanks, i dint have power locks so when i converted i put the switches there because i always liked how the 3rd gens had it, also a bass **** is handy there

I like it..but the lid is broken too and I quit smoking a few months ago so Idk if I even want to fix the lid you know?

Yeah, it took awhile to wire everything. I have 4 switches, but only have one hooked up to something so far. The whole ashtray thing in my car is busted up (previous owner smoked like a chimney). The lid is broken and the console part is broken, so to fix it I would have had to replace the whole console and the lid. Putting extra switches in there is pretty convenient to mask the broken ash tray/lid problem. Never would have thought of adding a bass **** in there.
