Do you have a SGS (Second Gear Start) system in your car?

Chains are fine but you want to get good ones and check them offen when they are in use. They can do some real damage to a car if they break. Some of our older customers use to have us install the chains, the service manager use to advise them to bring the car in once a month for us to inspect them.

Also make sure chains are legal in your state. Tire chains and studs are illegal here in IL, and you'll get a ticket if/when caught.

My business is in Barrington, on Northwest Highway. Home is just east of Crystal Lake.
