Which shift kit should i get?

Im stuck between these two shift kits

Anybody know a lot about these? Which one is better? How hard are they to install?

They aren't. One affects the electronics, the other with the internals. Only one I've tried was the electronic shift improver a long time ago. Easy install, only hard part was finding a place to put the switch. I wouldn't buy it again, as I have a tuner that can do that for me. If I were you I would get the other one. As for install, I heard it was fairly straightforward. Don't take my word for it, as I have no experience with it. Maybe some others will chime in...

I think im gonna go with the one that has no electronics, but im scared i wont know how to install it. Does anybody know how much it would cost to have a mechanic put it in?

I don't know how much it's going to cost, but if you don't feel comfortable dropping and opening up your auto, take it to someone else. You can probably take it to a shop and ask how much it generally runs, they should be able to give you an estimate. Shop around, don't go with the first place you walk into, that's how you get ripped off.
