it shakes and viberates

Check your driveshaft. These v6 camaros have a 2 piece driveshaft in them. When the middle connection goes, it gets to be rough when standing still, but from centrifugal force when moving, it smooths out. Now I cant tell from the video how the shaking seems, like if it is coming from a bogging engine or what not. but your rpms didnt change at all which leads me to believe its something more straight mechanical. So get under the car and check the condition of that driveshaft because if it gets real bad, it can mess things up. You can also have someone else in the car put it in drive and hold the brake and take a look underneath while they do it. From the side of the car of course. If it stays where it should, then it should be fine. But if it knocks all around, theres the problem.
Also, another idea is the torque converter, or like your dad said, something between the engine and transmission is going bad and isnt working when it should, or vice versa and is working when it shouldnt.
Lastly, make sure it is shifting completely into gear. Not from the shifter, but have someone change gears in it and look underneath where the lever on the tranny is. Make sure it smoothly changes. Now typically if it didnt go all the way into gear, it wouldnt do anything at all. It just wouldnt catch. But if something else in the trans is messed up, that could be a dead give away.

The bearing should not be an issue if the car is not movings. It is always hard to tell from a video but it seems to me like its a car with a bad idle and most of the noise is all the stull like the garage door remote, cup holder and like bouncing around. THe nig issue with videos is all the noise come from the speaker. A real mechainc should be able to tell you the basic cause of that in about 30 seconds.

Well its not in tge video but the gauges have been jumpy lastly, I did leave the cup holder in the car because I wanted to show the difference when changing gears. Another thing I've notice and maybe somebody who can answer this, after 70 to 80 mph where should the rpm's be?
