Exclamation Rims?

I'm thinking about purchasing a set of Boss 338 18 x 8 inch rims. My car is BONE stock, so my question is simply what do i need for these rims to work on my car?

Anything will help, i don't know if i need spacers, a new sensor, etc.

I believe the offset is 55mm on a 8 inch wide rim.

What do you think whats best?

I have 18x10 black C5 Z06 rims and they fit. Not sure what offset but they are not deep dish, I know that.

18x8 sounds ok...for the front! I just don't see any reason to put an aftermarket wheel on the car that isn't any wider than the stock wheels. Usually the point of aftermarket wheels is to improve performance and looks! No offense, but I laugh at all the people who put tall, skinny wheels on their camaros...looks a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

unless the wheels are for free, then that's a different story.

I dont want big rims on my car. If its lowered and has a kit on it, you won't be able to see if their skinny or not. I mean I'm only 19, I have to start and learn from somewhere. This is my start up car, I plan to go big when I'm older and have MONEY haha
