Default removing power steering line

When i was removing my engine, i couldn't get the lower line of the power steering off the rack and pinion, so i had to just cut the line so i have about 4 inches still connected to the R&P. i tried a flare wrench and regular but i slowly keep rounding it off. any ideas on how to loosen it up? Can i apply some heat to it without starting the whole sub frame on fire?? lol

thanks

I assume you already tried spraying some PB Blast or similar?

yes, the other one came off fine, but this one is tight! im going to try to give it a little heat and then hit it with some wax, i heard that works well

Stick a pipe on your wrench to get more leverage, try a box wrench or socket with 6 instead of 12 sides...
