theres too many bends in the design though. i wouldnt even call it ram air. it dont do anything anyway.

It works OK as cold air intake, but the ram air parts doesn't do much under 150 MPH.

Plus the kit for a ram air cost about $300 from what I've seen and a K&N set will only be about $200 and change.

If the car has ram air, leave it alone as it makes a good cold air intake. If it has a plain hood, then a cold air intake is a cheaper alternative.
