Default Possibly buying a 96

I'm looking at buying a 96 Camaro, 3800 auto with 156k miles. It's going to be a fix n flip, but I want to know what to look out for, any common things/issues I should be aware of when I go check it out?

I've owned a 3rd gen for 11 years, but haven't had much experience with the 4th gens.

Thanks for your help guys!

Check the floor boards and strut towers for rust. Also if it has power windows see if they go up and down good. The window motors seem to go out a lot in them. T tops seem to leak in a lot of them but that's hard to check if its not raining or without pouring water on the car. Owner probably wouldn't like that. The gas gauge read wrong or don't work at all but thats also something hard to check for. My first 4th gen the gauge didn't work at all and my current one runs out about a quarter of the way from empty. Those are some of the things i ran into with my 4th gens.
