Default Oil cooler 93 Lt1

I got my Lt1 fired up and she is dumping oil around the oil cooler adapter. I found the GM number (14087586) for the seal but does anyone know if the is a aftermarket? I would like to get it running this weekend and deal is not open till Monday. I also may need the coolant seals also, this motor is out of a totaled car, the amount is leaking I would not be surprised if the adapter is cracked.

Delete it. There's a few write ups online, they really have no benefit. A lot of lt1s came with it stock.

I did not know about deleting them. I started researching. Seems the 93-95's are the good ones made by Moroso for GM. But I also read the even GM says with Synthetic oils the cooler is not needed. I am a Mobil one guy,, cleaning up two quarts off the floor was not fun ;(

Still not sure if I am going to fix it or delete is since the 93's are not one of the problem years.

i deleted mine. not enough room with the bigger oil pan and headers. i relocated the filter up to the front by the air pump. i figured with more oil from the bigger pan and the hoses and stuff from the relocation it would be good. i also use m1

What did you guys do about plugging the lines up? Did you us a pluming type fitting on the water pump? What did you do with the fitting on the radiator?

i ran a hose from the radiator to the water pump. figured that circulation was needed or designed that way and didnt want to change flow.

This. Just get a piece of hose (can't remember the size) and run it from the pump to the radiator.

Did you buy the adapter for the filter or just cut the existing one that holes on the cooler?

the pipe that the filter screws onto unscrews and oil cooler comes off.
