yep codes may tell us more on the issue. may not but every little bit of info helps. check all your grounds, should be a ground strap on the driver side front of motor that goes to the frame. the 98 is different from the lt so the other ground may be different but i have one on the side of the block by the starter and one on the passenger side front of motor and one on driver side front of motor.

I will check but i remember that the guy they were all reading low!!!But i will get the codes and give u them.
