Yeah I did already replace the camshaft position but still got the codes so I'm thinking its wiring or another piece of that system, maybe ICM?

A defective or dead cam position sensor won't prevent the 98 3.8L engine from starting. The injectors will probably be out of sync, but the ignition is not affected because of the waste spark design.

have you tested fuel pressure yet?

No, I'm working outside and it was raining but more then that I wasn't able to buy a battery until late in the day (currently relying on other people for transportation, and hating it) tomorrow I should be fairly free though. I'll go to the local autozone and see if I can't rent one.
