Question need new tires

i need new tires as my front passenger side tire has a bubble. What tires can i buy that are decently priced that i can get a good deal for 2 or 4? i saw these on craiglist but they are dry rotted which is steering me away from them what do you guys think? Dry rot itself will not pass a PA safety inspection. IMO those tires are already scrap. Check out the www.tirerack.com.

I just bought 4 and had them shipped directly to my mechanic. I even got a 25% coupon off alignment off tire rack website. I got 4 tires mounted balanced and a front end alignment for under $500.

CSC were a summer type tires. Had them on my car years ago, and were the worst rain tires I ever used. Good if you wanted to learn how to control unexpected spin outs. lol

is this a z28? i would recommend z rated tires unless you dont like to go fast. lol, get up over 130mph and tires are kinda important. you will want to look at the composition so it matches your general use. soft will give you better holding power but will wear much faster than hard rubber.

Always a good idea to replace both tires on the same axle.
