Cam shafts are dependent on how much of a HP gain you want, sound, mpg etc. etc. There are hundreds and hundreds of different types of cams. You never specified what engine type or whether it was an LT1 or not, you can start here:
COMP Cams - Performance Camshafts, Lifters, Valve Springs, Rocker Arms
There are other cam websites as well, it just depends on the engine type, we can help you narrow down your search with the engine type and desires

have the heads had anything done to them? bigger cam means better valve springs will be needed. and if the heads have not been improved then while your doing the cam would be a good time to have them done. i went with elliotts and am happy with the job, imo lloyd is one of the best.
