if you would have got it from crutchfield, they would have sent everything you needed for free. you'll need a harness and dash kit, and some soldering or wire crimping skills

wire crimping is the easier route, solder just looks better i assume? trust me, wiring it up is not hard, its just matching colors for the3 most part. The player should come with an install manual making your life 10xs easier. Check it out, and if you really just don't feel comfortable then take it to a shop. It's better to pay 20-30 to have it installed versus messing something up if you do it wrong.
but if you do feel comfortable...
Tools-wire strippers/cutter/crimper tool (yes they have all 3 in 1)
wire crimpers
dash kit for your model car(come with instructions)
wiring harness for your model car(come with instructions)
and some sort of tool such as a small socket or phillips head screwdriver. to remove old and install dash kit. (mine is small socket, size 7mm if i remember, but others might be screwdriver?)
Directions(they aren't the best mine came with an aftermarket in it so i don't know all about the stock stereo)-First and most important remove the negative battery terminal, you don't want to fry your new radio just because something grounded out and sparked. Just take off middle faceplate, there might be the SGS plugged in and the slot next to it as well, just unplug them from the back. Now you see how your stock is on, unscrew your stock stereo and pull it out as far as you can. Unhook the car wiring (big plug) and antenna. Pull out the old stereo. Get the new wiring harness, install based on directions (don't forget wire crimps, just electrical tape isn't best get crimps too!) . Get your dash kit and read directions on how to install it, in stall the kit so-forth. Then installing the stereo itself should be plugging the antenna and wire kit into it/ wiring up the wires on the back via color code. put it into the dash kit (should click in or however the directions say). and then test to make sure it runs! (If not then go back and check your wiring) It's not a great write up, and only on what i can remember since i looked at my radio last. Hope it helps!

you would have to solder the wires on the harness. crimping will work as well.
