replace the intake manifold gaskets and make sure to get the right amout of sealant on the ends. to little and it will blow it right back out again to much and u end up with goop drooping into unwanted areas. pick up a dealer service/shop manual for your yr camaro it will help a great deal more than a chiltons or such.

Which part of the frame do you mean? The plastic impact cushion bolts to a metal bar which bolts to the very front ears of frame. Can you take any pics? My car was in a front collision when I bought it and both of those "ears" are farely thin steel tacked together and bend really easy. They are repairable on the car depending on how far back the damage goes- if there are any doubts replace the whole section for safety sake.

Michael, your welcome. Any one else looking around ebay check out the seller fparts - they have alot of cool parts. I found them a while back and have gotten alot of good O.E parts for cheap and they ship fast. Just wish I lived near them to go take a field trip.

Based on the pictures, it looks like the engine is leaking something. Do you know what it is or where its coming from? I have a similar issue in my '95 Z28.

most likely the intake manifold gasket. it leaks out at the front and back drains down and almost looks like it might be a front and/or rear main seal. they switched to useing rvt on the ends and it comes out after time. the job looks harder than it is.

What is rvt and do you know roughly how much it would cost to fix that kind of leak?

Its actually called RTV, from what ive seen there are 2 different types, you have a blue kind and a red kind, and for a job like this i would use the red stuff because its high temp RTV, just make sure to follow the instructions on the bottle.
