My Trany jerks into gear ...makes noise..

Default My Trany jerks into gear ...makes noise..

My 98 V6 Camaro transmission has been making a noise when going to 3rd gear (I think 3rd) It feels like it kinda "bogs" down in power a little, then changes fine to the next gear. It doesn't do it all the time...mostly on a small hill or a slow speed. It has been doing this for 3 months or so. Hasn't got any better or worse. But now I am noticing the trans is jerking into 2nd gear. What do you think? I got it rebuilt 20,000 miles ago.

If you still have a warranty on the transmission, I'd have them check it out again. Does it feel like the transmission is slipping?

Na, no warranty. I was like a 6 month warranty. I feel no slipping at all.
