i want led strips in my hood vents.
I want white or cool white strips.
The big question is that most leds come in 12 inches and i figure 11 inches is pretty close to the actual size of the vent.
Would you think i would be in a world of hurt if I got 12in.?
(i know its not a real technical question but i dont wanna cut up my hood vents so bad that i would be completely stuck if i mess up )
this is what i was thinking about gettin

It says on the site that you can cut them down to size, which is really nice. So I don't think you should have any problem getting it to fit in there. Green Arrow has green LEDs in his scoop, you should check out his album.

I've actually seen his pics lol.
I know that he can control his light through the radio which I'm not lucky enough to have that option.
The other thing that is bothering me is that I wont be able to really hide the led bar.
I have made the decision and I am gonna tackle this project next month along with my led gauges.

You wouldn't have to worry about a bar if you're getting that strip. That's far less noticeable, depending how you have it angled.
