yea i know that there is a small difference but im trying to find out whihc the public likes more for looks and which is better for modding



which one is better to you?'

o and so people know, yea i know a made a thread similar to this

Personally I like the 93-97 body better but I prefer the ls-1 in the 98-02. The ls1 has more power stock, and from what I understand it's possible to get into the 400 hp range with just bolt-on parts.

I personally like the 97, something about the way those headlights are looking mean back in under the hood vs the headlights on the 98. The 97 looks like it has attitude.

The '97 looks better for camaros. '98 for firebirds though.

the 97 does look meaner, but the 98 on still looks pretty mean, espesially when lowered and the ls1 is an awesome engine to mod. I'm bias though, I own a 99!

I'm with you on this. 97' Body style with an 98+ LS-1 if it existed.

i remember as a kid watching the NY state trooper camaro interceptor run down the fastest cars and thinking thats 1 bad **** she will always be the meanest looking camaro to me.
