is it possible to swap trans am front end,hood,an pop up lights on to a camaro ? just curious as if could be done.

both car being 96 in yr

 

they are both f body frames so it will fit. not real sure how the fender will line up.

 

I guess I'm curious as to why you'd want a hybrid like that, instead of having a Camaro or a Firebird. Just something different? I've got a Z28 and a Firebird Formula, and I've never thought about switching the front ends..lol

 

i have a camaro, just a thought an was curious. i like the hide away lights on the firebird.

an sure i can buy firebird , i wasn't planning on doing this just wondering if was possible.

btw on unrelated subject, i searched site but couldn't find answer or where anyone has done this.

I am going or would like make a cold air intake for my cam. any ideas on what use? where a good location to feed it for max air intake?

, an i don't want an aftermarket one i don't like them.

as far as i know no one has made a cai that is better than k&n or moroso.
the expansion chamber is the difference i think. if u use straight tubing it will not work any better than stock. music man tried and got bad numbers so i believe he switched to a aftermarket one.
