lug pattern, fuses, other minor issues.......

ok guys i have a couple questions that i need answers to and who better but you all here at the forum. i was recently at a town fair tire store up here in mass. and was shopping for rims. when i found a pair that i liked i was told that they would not fit. i was told that the most rims wont fit on my car because the v6 camaros had an off lug pattern? 5*120.7....i thought they were insane and went to sears, picked out another set of rims and went to pay/order and was told once again that these would not fit. now please bear in mind im not looking for crazy sizes, i was picking out either 16 or 17 inch rims. now heres the nutty part, when i bought the car it had 20's on it from the original owner.i took those off a few days ago because i thought they looked dumb and the ride was terrible! so whats the deal? can someone please help?

onto the next question. my acc fuse has blown twice it comes with a 25fuse and that blew so i threw a 30 in there and 5 minutes later that blew. i was told not to put anything high than what gm says. so what the solution? can i go higher or just not have power outlets?

thats a pic of the 20's that were on it. i now have the stock 5 spoke rs rims and tires on it with tons of curb rash.

RE: lug pattern, fuses, other minor issues.......

Lug pattern is 5x4.75". I don't remember off the top of my head what that is in millimeters. The fuse is blowing for a reason, fix the problem, and everything will be fine. Sounds like something is shorted out. Putting in higher rated fuses will possibly damage wires and such.
