Default LT1 acting like a POS

First-
when i am driving, it seems to have to put a lot effort to get into 4th. the transmission will shake pretty hard before it will shift. also the throttle seems to lag, like i push on it it will rev a little but not like it should, but i don't pick up speed. Ill push a little harder and it will rev like its floored and pick up speed really slow. sorry i cant give more detail that's about the best way i can describe it.

second-
about a month ago my number 7 cylinder misfire a few times so i changed the plugs. yesterday the 7 misfired 4 times. as i notices this when i slow down the car will idle reallllyyy hard. when i take off it seems like it sputters a little.

third-
sorry about this one but i don't know how to describe it really. when I'm driving i hear a noise, more of a clicking noise like thin metal hitting together. its coming from the driver side, exhaust manifold ish area . I'm sorry guys this is really bad information, but this is as good as i can describe it.
BTW my transmission is a auto

First-
The transmission is slipping, rebuild

Second-
The number7 cylinder is misfiring again, check plug & plug wire.

Third-
The clicking you hear is probably one of the plug wires (#7 ???) arching against the exhaust manifold, or you have an exhaust leak.

how much would a rebuild cost me?

After looking at the code, it was P0300 so it wasnt just the #7 it was more than one.

if noise comes and goes, if i could get a recording of it, you think you could tell me what it might be?

its going to be around $1500 to 2k for a good rebuild.Warranty or not, rebuilt transmissions dont always last as long as a new one.
