Default Lowering springs

So About to do alot of upgrades on mah maro. Buying some shocks, lowering springs, etc. mainly handling and suspension. I know it's very commonly asked but what's your opinion on best shocks/springs?I hear Bilstein/Eibach but any less expensive(But still really good) would be nice too(Dont mind spending $ but everyone likes to save a little). Also I did some searching on ebay and some springs say only for v8, only for v6 3.8 etc. Is there really a difference? Would it matter? Could I buy ones for v8 and put them on my v6?

yes the v6 springs are different than the v8 springs. have a look at what strano has and if interested give him a call and see what he recomends. Strano Performance Parts - Parts Search

It depends on the years, as with later years the OEM rear V6 springs are the same as V8, but fronts aren't as stiff. IMHO, the front springs need to be stiffer, and I may put OEM V8 springs in my RS...

But yea, call Strano.

if you put v8 springs in a v6 the front of the car will sit high because the stiffer v8 springs also compensate for the bigger motor

it wont sit higher it will be really stiff though they make up for the 200 lb difference of the engines... just have a buddy sit on the engine while you drive and theyll be perfect lol

Hahaha I just ordered lowering springs for the rear because the front already seems pretty low.
