i want to lower my camaro and i cant find any packages only shocks and springs seperate. if i buy just the springs do i have to buy special lowering shocks or can i just buy regular aftermarket shocks like bilstiens. or do i even need shocks???

depends...

SLP makes a package i believe

but you can do the heater hose mod to just lower your back end to even out your car so its not horribly low... and shocks dont really bother it much they dont have to be the same brand,

yeah real easy and cheap, if you have a 21mm socket and an adjustable wrench and some PB blaster (of course stands and a jack) should cost you like $5.
