Default Low heat inside the car, 93 Camaro Z28

Original motor went bad, so put in another motor. New radiator, new thermostat, new heater core, checked vacuum inside dash and on controls there fine. Inspected heater core box, cable and flap door work fine. Touch heater core and oh yeah it's hot. But to say the least about my frustrations, the air coming through vents into the car the air is'nt hot. Just barely warm. It does have a 180° thermostat and she is at operating temp. "GOING CRAZY HERE" . HELP PLEASE

sounds like the heat/cold door is not moving/closing all the way. have a look here https://camaroforums.com/forum/lt1-l...84/#post587081

I visually watched the cable and door open as well as close completely.
