I'm going to check the bulbs tommorow when I have some light.
And yes I did unplug the fog light switch.

Check to see if the plug was plugged in all the way as well.

Yes it is plugged all the way in.

I'm having a problem with just about all the lights. My low beams do not work, high beams at least do. Fog lights do not work. Lights on rear view mirror won't turn off unless I have the switch to sit in the middle. And the dome light wouldn't go out so I just took the bulb out.
