Why bother getting it to "run 12's" if you are just going to turn around and sell it? Maybe it's just me, but I look for a car that someone hasn't tried to make go as fast as possible when I'm buying a used car. If you want to get rid of your car I would just do it, because whatever you put into it you are not neccessarily going to get out. Myself I love my car, andI do plan on keeping my car forever, whatever it needs at any point I can easily fix. And having owned several muscle cars I can tell you I would definatly ratherdrive my current car than a first or second generation camaro;personalpreference.

Im driving a classic? lol. Im not saying I want to get rid of my Camaro. Hell if i had the money and time for it id keep it until it blows up. But with gas prices at $3.11 here I figure i would be best off to put my plan into motion and sell it once ive made it stronger and faster. You guys cant tell me you would keep your Camaro over a Chevelle or possibly 1st/2nd gen camaro? Kuz thats my motivation here. To put money away and save up for a project. Something i can be proud of. I mean I love my Camaro to death but I bought it in August and since then ive thrown $3000 at it for repairs.. So until the day I have roughly 15,000-20,000 saved up and can afford a real project muscle car im just going to buy a little beater, something that saves gas and put more and more money away. right now im spending close to $200 on gas and $150 on insurance a month. Ive been offered a management position at work which will land me about 700 a month (currently I only make like 300). After working that for a couple of months and such Ill have more than enough money to afford the car ive always wanted.
Damn, I'm in college working in a grocery store 30 some hours a week and making 450 a week. Try it out its easy and you can make money! Haha
