RE: Interior PROBLEMS!!!!

When both bulbs are not working the car can't complete the relay circuit that causes it to blink. If you have both bulbs in and they're both working right it should work fine. If one of the bulbs is dead the turn signal light will just stay on and not actually blink.

You may have put the bulbs in wrong since the side that used to work doesn't know take them out and look the small "wires" that make contact with the wires are slightly offset and could easily be mistaken when putting them in.

Have you tried replacing the flasher module? There are two, one for the hazards, and the other for the signals.

I second the Post about the Flasher. This the first thing you should look at and it is a cheap part.
