Default How streetable is this car?

Looking into a 94 with a rebuilt 355 LT1 with LT4 hot cam kit, 5 angle valve job, port/pollished heads, 1.5 roller rockers. WOuld that be to much and if i added all the High End air filters and stuff would that help this motor in the MPG range?

I can't imagine it not already having a better than stock air intake if someone did all that other work,as far as streetable goes it should be fine, that's just a nice upgrade package over stock but nothing too radical.
It could use a set of headers and a free flow catback exhaust system if not already equipped with them.

$1400?!!! holy cow,you better make sure the tranny is good and all that sort of stuff and that it's got a clear title, check that vin # too.
That is a hell of a deal if it's a driveable car with nothing major wrong with it.

Hell the LT4 kit is about $600 alone, check it out carefully, sounds too good to be true and you know the old saying.

Best of luck!

You shouldn't see any problems with that on the street. Usually the main limiting factor in a cars streetability is valve overlap from the cam. The durations and LSA on that cam isn't nearly aggressive enough to cause you any issues.

hahaha Well the belts and hose and accesories arn't all together on it so sounds to me like he wants to get rid of it and even if it has some problems i can make up with that with all the money i have from thinking the car was gonna be that much more. But I'm thinkin about 50 Extra horse power just enough to hang with the LS1's lol. And I can do all the prep work myself on paint plus that makes it turn out better anyways

I'd want to see receipts and verify that all the supposed parts and rebuilt trans are truely what he claims.
If he can't produce proof, offer him $1000 for the car as is.
I could have bought a real clean '93 Z28 last week with a strong motor and bad trans for $1K "hear it run".
I bought my '93 Z28 for $2000 and drove it home, needed some tlc but had a nice body/interior & paint and ran great.

Yeah im not really worried about it right now
Because i mean the body and all the motor components and Tranny componets is worth 1400 to me but like i said Im going to "look" at it lol but my drive to want to get this project going might turn into "buying" it.
