Default Here is the 94 Z28 M6 i went to see it (pics)

The car is clean in and out. Not leather, no t-tops. 84,000 miles

Dash is cracked in the middle. Head liner is sagging pretty good

Will need tires real soon. minor clear coat damage on the hood, stones i think got it.

I can drive it, he says tranny is tight and no rear end clunk

Recently had new plugs, wires and fuel filter. The brakes all around 14k ago

Says he won't budge under $5000, i offered $4500, no go.

I am tempted, but i sort of want T-tops and leather, though neither is a deal breaker.

and i hate those wheels

Meh...I personally wouldn't pay $5k for it. I paid $8.3k for my 2000 SS 'Vert with a catback and good wheels/tires, leather seats, full power, etc. I think you can find a better deal honestly.

I tend to agree with you, it does have a decent sounding cat back

An early 4th gen Z28, in my opinion, shouldn't be over 5k unless it has very low mileage or has good mods, I would invest your hard earned 5k into something better

If you really want the T-top don't buy it. T-tops can be a pain but they are great in the summer. Keep an eye on this car and see how fast it sells. If it sits for a while you know the 5K is too high for your area. If its gone tomorrow then its about right.

Yeah don't do it dude. Wait. I know how hard it is waiting to get a car when you have the cash, I did it after my SS got wrecked and spent the premium to get my WS6. It wasn't a bad deal, and worth it because it is in great condition, but take a little longer and find a different one.
