Check out this link.

AutoTrix :: Window Fix Kit with Motors Bundle

You get two motors (one for each window), and the complete wiring kit necessary to correct a substandard factory design. Install this kit and you will never have another problem with your window motors.

You only need basic hand tools and general knowledge of car electrics. They also have a very detailed installation sheet that steps you through the whole project.

This looks great. Do you have to get new motors if the old still work, but won't go up or down all the way? Because I see you can just get the wiring kit by itself and the video shows all original motors. Also, has anyone else used this kit?

I used the kit, and didn't actually replace the motors in my doors. My passenger window was very slow going up. After fixing the wiring, it actually goes up faster than the driver's window. Once I did the wiring kit on the driver's door, now they both go up and down in just a couple of seconds.

So, you can use the original motors, as long as they still work. But if your window won't go all of the way up or down, you may have another problem that you need to address in addition to the wiring.
