Unhappy !!HELP!! Grinding from Transmission !!HELP!!

I keep hearing grinding noises coming from my transmission while I am driving. This only happens when the clutch is in and I am decel so far I have noticed it happen in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. I just replaced my clutch and had all my synchros replaced as well. To stop the grinding from happening I shift into neutral when coming to a stop then shift back into gear when accel.

Can anyone help me?

Sounds like your either low on fluid or your slave cylinder or master cylinder isn't working properly. Its being caused by one of those not allowing the clutch to stop.

The slave and master cylinder along with the clutch were replaced about a year ago any ideas to why they would already be going out?

No I have not check the clutch fluid, and yes the clutch was an autozone part. Well I guess I've learned my lession, No more cheap parts. I'm hoping it's just low fluid level, but if not where would be the best place to look for parts.

Also if it is not the fluid level should I stop driving the car? I only ask this because it is my main source of transportation.

Sounds like a bad throwout bearing to me. Was that replaced when the clutch was?

Never buy duralast parts. I'm surprised it lasted 1 year.

if you end up pulling the trans again, it would be well worth it to get the trans thoroughly inspected

I dont believe the throwout bearing was replaced.

But today I was driving to work and I was in 1st gear with the clutch in and pushed the gas not thinking, and when I did instead of hearing a smooth rev, it sounded chopy so to speak, and I could feel vibration in the clutch.

so your feeling it more in the peddle and not the shifter? sure could be a throwout bearing. could also be a few other things. pressure plate, clutch disk coming apart come to mind.
