4th gen m6 final ratio is .57:1 im sure it would be fine with 411. stock m6 should have 342 rear gears. might consider 390 for a happy middlegound.

i went with some from tpis https://www.tpis.com/parts/view/125 also got the rocker studs and pushrods from them. https://www.tpis.com/caryears/listParts/14 you might find them cheaper somewhere else.

yes unless you already have guide plates. stock lt1 does not have them, has self centering rockers.

ARP 134-7103 7/16 rocker studs Trick Flow TFS-21407100 Pushrods, 5/16 x 7.100 comp cam 1305 roller rockers 1.6 7/16 pro magnum tpis performance roller lifters |
What are the plans for the car? NSA rockers and bigger studs are nice if you wanna go all out but if it's something isn't going to see any track time or very little, you're better of with SA rockers, imo.
I went with SA rockers and haven't had any trouble yet. I will switch to NSA when I go to a solid roller cam. |
Self aligning rockers or guide plates, you do NOT use both. And since the push rods can/will contact the slots of the guide plates, make sure you use good quality hardened push rods.
Edit for clarification: I'm referring to aftermarket performance guide plates, which have closer tolerances to the push rods, not some of the (sloppier fit) factory plates that were put there merely as an assist to engine assembly. |
