I broke a bracket tonight and I have to be on the road tomorrow to be at work Monday. I can't get one locally but a guy 100 miles away is parting a '96 Z28. I'm betting the brackets are not the same, are they? Anyone know?

I managed to drill out the broken pin in the lower hole of the bracket and going to pick up new pins tomorrow. If you haven't greased your pins, you should consider pulling the wheels, then the calipers, and grease those pins just to be sure they are free and not getting hung up.

Otherwise, have a drill press and lots of patience.

The pins are a set of four for $25 from Advanced Auto.

The brackets I found were only special order and then the store couldn't find them to order.
