Default Headers showed up!

I love seeing the courier walk into the office carrying a big box for me!

My headers, Y pipe and strut brace showed up today.

I bought them all used from a guy on another camaro site.

The headers will go in to get "pretty-fied" while the car is in for paint. Gloss black ceramic coat.

Once that is done and the car is painted, then they get installed, then the strut tower brace.

It's all starting to come together....

Have fun putting those things in, not fun but worth it. And I would suggest jet-hot coating, it works.

Ha! I am not putting them on. I do 95% of my own work, but I don't do exhaust. I have a custom exhaust guy doing them. Putting plugs and wires in at the same time. I got a set of TR55ix's and some new delco wires. Since the manifolds will be off, might as well do them then.

Yeah, that's a good time to do plugs and wires. And you should really be nice to your exhaust guy, maybe he won't quit half way through.

Those shorties can't be as bad as the long tubes...

Here in Ontario, the E Test makes long tubes impractical. I'd have to swap back to the manifolds every 2 years to get it to pass....
