The head lights on my 96 suck really bad. its like im using a mag light. Are there any head lights kits that are good for a 96?

Unfortunately not from what I've seen or read...They really don't make aftermarket lights for our cars. You could try to sneak an HID in the housing, but I don't think there's an easy, direct way to get different lights.

Get HID's. Either you can twist the bulb out of the housing and use silcone to seal in the new bulb, or you can go to http://eurolamps.com/eurolamps/camaro_headlights.htmand use those housings. I have the housings in the link, and they just snap the bulb into place. 9006 for lows, and 9005 for the highs.

I went with the Ultrastars and the work great! Awesome improvement. Not to bad on the pocketbook either.

I did an HID conversion (Thanks to seeing how 02StanGT's looked!) and I love them... They're nice and bright. I heard the new silverstar bulbs were really bright as well but I haven't checked them out personally

I didn't think Silverstars were any better than stock. Maybe a slight different color, but no brighter.

Ok, I have a couple of questions. This is the first Camaro I've had, so sorry if I sound stupid about this. First, where can I see a pic of what 02StanGt's lights look like? Second, if I use the 9006 lights, twist the old ones out and silicone the new ones in, do they plug directly up to the plug for the original headlights, or do you have to wire them differently?

You can look find some on the link in my sig. If you are talking about the HIDs, then the bulbs don't directly hook to the stock plugs. The bulbs plug in to the ballast, and the ballast plugs into the stock socket.
